KAT + Wellness Membership
A comprehensive plan combining Ketamine-Assisted Therapy with integrative wellness services like acupuncture, IV therapy, and team support. Designed for those seeking a deeper, whole-person approach to healing and transformation.
ModMeds Pathway Membership
The ModMeds Pathway is our integrative, whole person care plan, combining our core services tailored to the individual. Flagship, clinician-guided integrative program combining mental health, psychedelic therapy, integrative medicine, and wellness optimization
*Home care visits are available for certain services, like IV vitamin therapy, and are subject to a $100 fee that can vary based on location. Please inquire with our office about which services are available for Home Care.
